This is a new role for a growing business and will provide the right person with opportunity to develop in their career by brining out the best in others.

The opportunity:

• Ensuring the effective delivery of bill preparation and production across the business.
• Delivering work of the highest standard.
• Measuring quality.
• Work collaboratively with other locations.
• Effectively embedding task as future phases are deployed.
• Managing and support a team with different levels of experience.
• Conducting 121’s , celebrating success and supporting with development.
• Leading by example, becoming a subject matter expert and people leader.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• Previous supervisory experience within billing.
• A professional services background.
• A self motivated attitude.
• Strong MS Office and ERP experience.
• A flexible approach to work, OT may be necessary at month end.
• Resilience with the ability to manage change effectively.
• Demonstrative experience with HR policies and Procedures.
