
Blair West are supporting SALESmanago to find a VP of Business Development.
Headquartered in Kraków and growing rapidly across international markets, SALESmanago is an innovative martech business transforming how eCommerce companies engage with their customers.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a pivotal part in shaping global strategy and growth. The position is newly created, reflecting the company’s accelerating expansion and strategic ambitions.
The opportunity:
- Lead the identification and development of high-value strategic partnerships with technology vendors, platforms, agencies, and resellers.
- Design and implement joint go-to-market strategies and partner enablement programs to drive scalable revenue growth.
- Spearhead the company’s market expansion into new regions and industry verticals, including GTM localisation.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities such as M&A, licensing, and investment to support international growth.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to unlock new revenue models including OEM, white-label, and embedded solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, ensuring alignment between business development and corporate strategy.
- Represent the brand at global industry events and contribute to building a strong presence within the martech ecosystem.
- Build and lead a high-performing Business Development team, setting KPIs and fostering a results-driven culture.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or GTM leadership within B2B SaaS, ideally in martech, CRM, or eCommerce tech.
- A proven record of negotiating and closing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV) and commercial models (OEM, channel, integration).
- Demonstrated success in international market expansion and localisation of GTM strategies.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally at an executive level to align business development with product and market needs.
- Deep strategic thinking coupled with the ability to execute operationally.
- A leadership style that inspires high performance and accountability within a scaling environment.
