Based in Kraków, this martech leader is transforming eCommerce experiences through innovative customer engagement tools.

As the business grows across Europe, this newly created role will report into senior leadership and play a crucial part in building and scaling a high-performing SDR function to support global sales growth.

The opportunity:

  • Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of a high-performing team of SDRs.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales engagement strategies to maximise pipeline generation.
  • Develop and refine sales pitches and outreach processes to improve conversion rates.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to drive team performance.
  • Track inbound lead flow and evaluate the impact of sales and marketing activities.
  • Deliver weekly team performance reports and accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team environment that promotes collaboration and motivation.
  • Oversee the adoption and effective use of systems, including Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimise lead generation campaigns.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing SDR teams, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A strong track record of coaching early-career sales talent and driving high performance.
  • Experience managing outbound call centres or similar sales functions.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • A self-starter mentality with a proven ability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with credibility at all levels.
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1); additional European languages are a plus.
  • A data-driven approach and a hands-on mindset to drive results.
