It all started in 2019. Our founders, David (Blair) and Simon (West), had a vision for a progressive recruitment business. They set out to build a business that approached recruitment differently; by treating their team as adults and giving them the autonomy to manage their own desks. What the role is

We are looking for a recruitment researcher to join our finance and HR team.

As a Researcher, your role is to: 

  • Identifying, attracting and recruiting the best in-market candidates for our clients.
  • Source candidates use LI searching techniques and job boards.
  • Headhunting candidates using LI recruiter to speak to prospective candidates.
  • Taking candidate briefs from consultants.
  • Develop a strong personal network of candidates in your field.
  • When you are ready, begin to make candidate screening calls, moving towards the role of delivery consultant.
