Blair West are supporting Pagabo Group to find a Public Sector Account Manager.

The position is a result of continued success and growth and sits within their expanding delivery team.

Pagabo is a fast-growing group of businesses specialising in procurement, construction management software, and social value consultancy. This is a key role within the organisation’s regional structure, focused on client growth across North London, East of England, and the Northern Home Counties.

The opportunity:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts across the North London region.
  • Lead the development and execution of tailored account management plans to increase client engagement.
  • Identify strategic and non-strategic opportunities to grow Pagabo’s market share.
  • Present procurement solutions to public sector clients and secure project engagements via Pagabo frameworks.
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes in your region, supporting quality and pricing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with newly onboarded clients to support long-term growth.
  • Work closely with framework contractors and consultants to create integrated delivery opportunities.
  • Represent Pagabo at industry events and forums to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
  • Remain at the forefront of public sector procurement trends and best practices to inform strategy and client advice.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

  • Proven success in influencing and delivering growth within the public sector, particularly in construction or professional services.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing client account plans.
  • Expertise in single and two-stage contractor procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of pre-construction workflows from both client and contractor perspectives.
  • Deep public sector construction, infrastructure, and professional services procurement knowledge.
  • Clear insight into Framework and DPS procurement models and their benefits.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset focusing on growth and service excellence.
  • Commercial acumen and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
