Blair West are supporting Tapered Plus, to find a National Sales Manager.
This role reports directly into the leadership team and has been newly created to lead their next phase of growth.

The opportunity:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business growth targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to drive consistent performance and success.
- Evaluate team strengths and areas for development to improve overall effectiveness.
- Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders in key customer accounts.
- Champion long-term client relationships through a partnership-led approach.
- Create and lead targeted sales initiatives tailored to key customer demographics.
- Report regularly on sales activity, team performance, and pipeline health.
- Deliver Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to leadership to shape service delivery.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- A proven background in developing and executing successful B2B sales strategies.
- Experience working within or selling into the construction sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to critically assess team performance and implement improvement plans.
- Experience working closely with key decision-makers in a client-facing role.
- A track record of designing and delivering effective sales campaigns.
- Commercially astute with the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities.
- Skilled at using sales data and VOC insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business environment is a plus.
