Blair West are supporting SkinBioTherapeutics to find a Marketing Executive. This role will play a key part in delivering digital and content marketing activity across a portfolio of innovative skincare brands.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the position will help shape brand voice, customer engagement, and digital presence. This is a newly created role as the business continues to grow its brand footprint and digital reach.
The opportunity:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Deliver monthly performance analysis and insight reporting for multiple subsidiary brands.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and online traffic.
- Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency and identity across all platforms.
- Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and CRM engagement, with regular performance tracking.
- Produce and edit short-form video content and product-focused media assets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO principles, and social media management tools.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to write engaging blogs for SEO.
- Confident presentation skills and comfort creating content on camera.
- Excellent analytical ability to interpret campaign data and optimise future activity.
- A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
