Head of E-Commerce

Blair West are supporting an e-Commerce business in their search for a eCommerce Head, as they elevate their brand.

This reshaping of their senior management team takes place ahead of delivering a growth plan that will involve building revenues in the UK and European markets.

The opportunity:

• To drive online revenue growth and brand visibility as part of the senior leadership group.
• To help the business achieve its aim of becoming a recognised category leader.
• To own the online trading strategy, driving digital performance in sales and merchandising.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• A ‘hands on’, solution-orientated approach to building online revenues.
• Relish working with leaders in other business functions to deliver growth.
• A data-driven approach to optimising website performance and customer acquisition.
• A track record of contributing to the growth of an SME business.
• The desire to be incentivised through share options.
• A strong, practical understanding of Shopify marketplace.
