Blair West are supporting a scaling fintech organisation in London with the appointment of a Group Financial Controller.
The business is scaling via M&A, with private equity backing driving the growth strategy.
Supporting the CFO, this is a hands-on role involving day-to-day management of a small team. The successful candidate will bring strong technical skills, combined with strong project management capabilities, able to meet critical deadlines, with a focus on maintaining tight operational control and efficient processes.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- ACA / ACCA qualified with strong technical skills likely gained in a reputable firm
- Experience from financial services sector / highly regulated industry a pre-requisite
- Strong leadership skills, able to mentor and develop a small team
- Previous experience from a high growth, M&A driven environment preferred
