Customer Success Assistant

Blair West are delighted to be supporting our Washington based client in their search for a Customer Success Assistant.

This role is the first point for contact for all enquiries, some of which you will be supporting with. We are looking for a real people person with a technical interest who understand the importance of great customer service.

The opportunity:

• First point of contact for all inbound calls.
• Delivering excellent customer service through all communication channels.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Support onboarding activities for new clients, including account setup.
• Help monitor customer satisfaction.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• Strong communication skills with a customer -focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, admin or support roles.
• An interest in leaning about new products, services and customer needs.
• A team player mindset and can work towards the goals of a growing business.
