Blair West are supporting a leading global software technology consultancy with offices in Newcastle, Canada, and Eastern Europe, to find a Client Services Manager.

This is a senior-level role within the business, responsible for managing key customer accounts, with a focus on retention, innovation, and commercial growth. As the company continues to expand internationally, this role has been created to enhance client partnerships and deliver strategic value across a range of enterprise clients.

The opportunity:

  • Take ownership of a defined portfolio of enterprise client accounts and drive long-term strategic relationships.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, issue resolution and ongoing engagement.
  • Define and deliver tailored account strategies that maximise revenue opportunities through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Monitor service delivery and performance, ensuring solutions are meeting expectations and identifying areas for innovation or improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across delivery, sales and finance to support commercial forecasting and account development.
  • Provide insight-driven reporting and analysis to inform client strategy and demonstrate value.
  • Represent the business during in-person client engagements across the UK, Central Europe and North America.
  • Support proposal creation and commercial pitching to senior client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continued development of service offerings based on evolving client needs.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in account or client services management within an IT, digital or software consultancy.
  • A proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, ideally within financial services, public sector or large-scale private sector.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders across client organisations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with fee structures, pricing models and revenue forecasting.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to adapt account plans at pace.
  • Comfortable leading and presenting proposals, pitches and solution-based discussions.
  • A strong grasp of the consultancy delivery model and service innovation.
  • Experience managing international client relationships would be beneficial.
