Buy and Build Specialist

Blair West are working with a mid market PE firm to establish a panel of Buy and Build experts who can support across a broad range of portfolio assets for whom acquisitions are a key feature of their growth plan.

Members of the buy-and-build panel with support portfolio management teams with target assessment, pipeline development, deal execution and integration plans.

They will ideally bring specific sector experience to bear from thier own executive and non-executive career to support relevant portfolio businesses. Sectors of interest are broad and include Software, Tech-enabled services, B2B services, including professional services and TIC.
