The PE house has created and realised significant value through multiple acquisitive software platforms and are keen to speak to ambitious Executives and Non-executives with whom they can explore other software and technology sectors.
The candidate will have deep knowledge of their sector, experience of M&A and integration, and up-to-date knowledge of acquisition opportunities in the sector.
