Blair West are working with a Small-Cap PE fund to identify both Non-Executives and Executives with experience of the IFDA sector.
The PE house has created significant value through an asset in that space having executed an aggressive buy-and-build.
Having realised an exit on that platform they are keen to speak to ambitious Executive sand Non-executives with whom they can partner to establish a new platform.
The candidate will have deep knowledge of the IF sector, experience of M&A and integration, and ideally up-to-date knowledge of acquisition opportunities in the sector.
