Blair West are supporting a leading MarTech agency to find a B2B Marketing Manager.
The business partner with ambitious e-commerce brands to deliver high-performing digital storefronts, growth strategies, and ongoing optimisation.
As the business enters a new phase of commercial expansion, this newly created role will take full ownership of B2B marketing, shaping strategy and driving lead generation for the UK market.
The opportunity:
- Develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy focused on attracting mid-market and scaling e-commerce brands seeking Shopify expertise.
- Own multi-channel demand-generation activity, including paid campaigns, SEO, email automation, content, and social media.
- Create compelling marketing assets such as case studies, insight reports, landing pages, and thought-leadership content.
- Strengthen presence across events, webinars, communities, and key e-commerce industry touchpoints.
- Build and refine a high-performing marketing funnel to increase lead quality, pipeline value, and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop aligned campaigns and deliver consistent messaging.
- Take ownership of marketing analytics, reporting on ROI, campaign performance, and commercial impact.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Proven B2B marketing experience within a digital agency, SaaS, or e-commerce services environment.
- A track record of delivering demand-generation campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Experience marketing to e-commerce brands, ideally with exposure to the Shopify ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable using insights to refine performance and improve ROI.
