Blair West are supporting a leading technology solutions provider to find an Account Manager. They are dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through innovative tech solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, driving regional growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Positioned as a key member of the sales and client management team, this role will be integral to the business’ continued success.
The opportunity
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their expectations and translating them into actionable plans.
- Actively contribute to regional growth by promoting offerings and expanding the client base.
- Stay up-to-date with latest solutions and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and client proposals.
- Utilise company tools including M365, HubSpot, and ConnectWise Manage for accurate data management and reporting.
- Ensure regular communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to client retention, revenue growth, and acquisition.
- Uphold values of integrity, trust, and effective communication.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within the technology sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving growth and retention targets.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Connectwise Manage.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
