We are looking for a recruitment researcher to join our finance and HR team.

Key role requirements:

  • Identifying, attracting and recruiting the best in-market candidates for our clients.
  • Source candidates use LI searching techniques and job boards.
  • Headhunting candidates using LI recruiter to speak to prospective candidates.
  • Taking candidate briefs from consultants.
  • Develop a strong personal network of candidates in your field.
  • When you are ready, begin to make candidate screening calls, moving towards the role of delivery consultant.
