Project Coordinator (Learning and Development)

Blair West are working with a national membership organisation based on the outskirts of Newcastle in their search for a Project Coordinator to work within the L&D department.
The role is to coordinate projects whilst ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to. Ideally, you will be familiar with the apprenticeship scheme, safeguarding and compliance and have a keen eye for detail. This is a busy and varied role and would suit someone who thrives in this kind of environment.
The opportunity:
- Supporting all L&D projects from start to completion.
- Support with the delivery of the safeguarding strategy.
- Ensuring all professional development records are up to date.
- Update and monitor compliance within the business.
- Point of contact for quality assurance processes and requests.
- Secretariat for committees.
- Manage the successful close of each project.
- Build excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Support other departments if needed.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Previous experience working in an apprenticeship or government-funded training provider.
- Experience in project delivery.
- Excellent time-management.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about new projects.
- Resourceful with a can-do attitude.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
