Blair West are delighted to support a manufacturing client based in Hartlepool in their search for a part time finance assistant. This is a hybrid role and will suit and experienced finance assistant who is looking to work part time hours.

The opportunity:

• Reconciling supplier statement, bank accounts, invoices.
• Inputting and reconciling purchase orders.
• Credit Control.
• Preparing draft payment runs.
• Preparing month end schedules and VAT returns.
• Produce weekly KPI reports.
• Using Sage 50.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Used Sage 50.
• Interest in a part time role.
• Experience with VAT.
