Head of EMEA Sales

Blair West is supporting our client who is pursuing an aggressive growth strategy to double the size of the business over the next few years, with current growth rates of 40-50% p.a. As such the business requires a proven sales lead to lead their revenue growth and international expansion.

The ideal candidate will be a proven revenue leader with a track record of growth and transformation within technology consulting. The CRO will have a strong understanding of selling project-based consulting services to mid-market and enterprise scale customers.

 

The opportunity:

 

  • Deliver revenue and growth targets in-line with the company strategy.
  • Implement strong sales process and methodology to increase the average project value and enable greater predictability in the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the sales process, including new customer acquisition and account management.
  • Work closely alongside the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales pipeline and ensure consistent brand message and customer/partner engagement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer/partner satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to revenue growth and expand market reach.

 

 

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

 

  • Significant experience of revenue leadership roles in high-growth and dynamic environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology consulting sector with demonstrable experience in the field of Cloud, AI/ML and Data.
  • Able to drive organic growth through sales excellence.
  • Deep expertise selling to mid-sized and enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience with value-based sales methodologies focused on customer outcomes.
  • Strong international credentials with experience of building & managing teams across Europe.
  • Hands-on mentality and pioneering approach with outstanding executive presence and commercial acumen.
