Blair West is supporting a Mental Health charity, Everyturn Mental Health as they look to bring in a qualified Finance Business Partner in a hugely rewarding commercial role in the business.  You will be reporting into the Head of Finance.

The opportunity:

• Provide business partnering with Operational and Service Leads to ensure delivery of timely information on performance, variance analysis, risks and opportunities, analysing monthly performance and short-, medium- and long-term plans to inform future business decisions and anticipate future needs/challenges.
• Manage the Deputy Finance Business Partners, ensuring workload management to provide an effective and supportive business partner function.
• Provide accurate and timely monthly Management Accounts to Operational, Service and Support Leads to provide financial metrics to budget holders in line with the agreed reporting schedule.
• Present monthly financial and non-financial performance to the executive management team (EMT) and to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as required) in collaboration with the head of finance to provide accurate and timely financial performance metrics and share key knowledge with leaders.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• A qualification in accountancy (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience in a commercial finance role.
• Excellent people management skills.
• The ability to present reports and findings to board level.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cashflow analysis.
• Strong Tech skills.
• A passion to work for a business who genuinely make a difference!
