Blair West is supporting a multinational consultancy business based in Ponteland as they look to add a Finance Administrator to their finance team in a hybrid role (1 remote day).

Joining a team of 10+, the primary focus for this role is to provide administrative and finance support to the wider team.

The opportunity:

• Raising and completion of sales invoices.
• Payment processing.
• Understanding of exchange rate calculations.
• Credit control and reconciliation work.
• Handling of general enquiries, file maintenance and records.
• Processing documentation and information, including data input and follow-up correspondence.
• Monitoring of email inbox.
• General ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• Fundamental understanding of finance from a previous role (1+ years).
• Experience with a number of financial systems.
• Experience in a manual processing role.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
