Business Development Manager
Remote |£130,000 OTE
Blair West are supporting a leading construction tech business to find a Business Development Manager. The company are a leading provider of contract management and compliance software.
The opportunity:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive the adoption of the software across industries such as energy, healthcare, infrastructure, and government.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their contract management challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, leveraging insights into industry trends and client needs.
- Present and demonstrate key features of the software, including real-time dashboards, automated alerts, and fully auditable communication features.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product enhancements and company objectives.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Experience selling into Utilities or Data Centres.
- A proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the SaaS or software sector.
- A strong understanding of contract management processes and software solutions.
