Blair West are delighted to support our client based near Newcastle Airport in their recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join an established team.

The opportunity:

• Liaise with and be part of a team, have a collaborative approach, and appreciate the importance of all levels of duties, from invoice processing when needed, to provision of management information for the FD.
• Offering general administrative support to team members as directed by management as well as responding to external enquiries from clients, colleagues and other third-party service providers.
• Communicate with the wider technical team
• Ensure compliance relating to all aspects of sanctions and payments.
• Support internal or external audit activity as required.
• Processing documentation and information, including data inputting, and generate correspondence in response to queries received.
• Use of case management software
• Respond to external enquiries from clients, colleagues and other third-party service providers.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant
• Work well in a Team with the ability to work autonomously
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communicator
