Blair West are supporting a fast-growing clean energy business to find a Sales Manager to support continued commercial expansion.
The opportunity:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across targeted sectors, with a strong focus on sustainable energy solutions.
- Win and manage high-value, strategic contracts with key national clients.
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation through to negotiation and contract close.
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across construction, transport, events, and film & TV.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure client requirements are met with practical and innovative solutions.
- Maintain high utilisation rates of Hydrogen Power Units while nurturing and growing key accounts.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, acting as an advocate for hydrogen technology.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within energy, infrastructure, construction, or technical solution-led environments.
- A track record of securing and managing high-value or strategic client contracts.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Confidence operating in fast-growth or scale-up environments.
