Blair West are supporting a global AI-first, SaaS, data and analytics provider to the FMCG/CPG industry to find exceptional Solutions Architects ( 2 x Europe/UK, 1 x North America).

This is a key customer-facing role within the organisation, forming a bridge between client business needs and the technical capabilities of their platform. The position sits within their delivery and solutions function and represents a growth hire to support continued and significant client expansion across international markets.

The opportunity

  • Configure end-to-end client solutions using the TPM/RGM SaaS platform, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Lead and guide multi-disciplinary technical teams across several concurrent projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the solutions, advising clients on configuration and integration options that ensures successful and future-proof implementations and drive maximum business value.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and platform capabilities, proposing configuration or mitigation strategies.
  • Support the testing lifecycle through creation of test scripts and oversight of SIT and UAT phases.
  • Provide governance and technical assurance across the delivery lifecycle, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between clients and product teams, sharing actionable insights to enhance the platform.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the solutions function.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have

  • Experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions, ideally within RGM or FMCG/CPG sectors.
  • A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical capability with a passion for data quality, structure, and optimisation.
  • Experience leading technical and functional teams across multiple projects.
  • The ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding of business processes within CPG or comparable industries.
  • Strong organisational capability, with confidence managing documentation, project milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • A proactive, detailed, and problem-solving approach to complex client scenarios.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
