Blair West are supporting a leading SaaS business, to find a Sales Manager.

The business is an award-winning SaaS scale-up helping some of the world’s most recognised brands – including Aldi, Five Guys, and NatWest Group – transform their communications. They are entering a new phase of growth and innovation. This newly created individual contributor role will sit within the Sales team and play a vital part in driving mid-market and enterprise revenue growth.

The opportunity:

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from qualified discovery to close.
  • Sell into a mix of mid-market and enterprise accounts across multiple sectors.
  • Work with warm leads generated by an SDR and Marketing team.
  • Engage with HR, IT, and senior leadership to understand pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Use value-based selling to position a product already trusted by global brands.
  • Present and demo the digital platform in a compelling, insight-driven way.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Contribute to key account planning and pipeline forecasting.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client-facing networking opportunities.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • A track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision makers.
  • Strong consultative and solution-led sales approach.
  • A commercially strategic mindset with the ability to spot and create new opportunities.
  • Confidence using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • A highly motivated, target-driven attitude without needing to manage others.
  • Experience working collaboratively with SDRs and Marketing to qualify leads.
