Blair West are partnering with a global leader in subsea engineering and equipment, to find a Digital Business Analyst.
Our partner has worked with pioneers in industry and science to take technology and engineering to places that people have never been. Specialising in remotely operated and autonomous power and control solutions, they support clients across the globe, particularly in challenging subsea environments. This open position reports into the Digital Development Manager and sits within the Digital and Business Systems team. It plays a key part in advancing digital transformation strategy through optimising internal processes and implementing innovative digital solutions across the business.
The opportunity:
- You’ll take ownership of process design and re-engineering, working closely with stakeholders to define and improve processes. Your recommendations will help overcome inefficiencies and drive better performance.
- Gathering and analysing requirements, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and challenges. Your documentation of requirements, use cases, and business rules will be critical in shaping solutions.
- You’ll also support the discovery, assessment and implementation of digital solutions, liaising between internal teams and external suppliers. Coordinating UAT and testing, you’ll ensure key outcomes are met.
- Working with data analysis and reporting, you’ll develop dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Your contributions to internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives will further enhance business efficiency.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of delivering business change and software projects.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
