
Temporary Project Administrator

- £12.82 – £13.10 per hour
Blair West are looking for an experienced administrator who has excellent stakeholder management to support our Newcastle based in client for a period of six months.
This role is mainly remote but you will need to come into Newcastle a couple of days per month.
The opportunity:
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to help deliver the project in line with the service level agreement.
- Provide updates on project status and ensure all surrounding data is correct.
- Escalate issues when applicable.
- Identify variations to contracts and assist in bringing them in line.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Availability with short notice and willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months working.
- Previous experience in admin /customer service role.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Customer focus including excellent communication skills.
- Effective time management within a busy working day.
