Blair West are supporting an acquisitive professional services group with the appointment of an M&A lead.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, with a strong track record in M&A / deal advisory. They will be up for the challenge of supporting the Executive team with cross deal management & owning relationships with advisors.
The opportunity:
- Supporting the team with cross-deal management.
- Project management of M&A processes.
- Focusing on relationships with advisors.
- Financial due diligence co-ordination.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- ACA / ACCA qualified with strong technical skills likely gained in a reputable firm.
- Experience from financial services sector / highly regulated industry a pre-requisite.
- Strong leadership skills, able to mentor and develop a small team.
- Previous experience from a high growth, M&A driven environment preferred.
