
Blair West are supporting an established North East business in their search for an Account Manager for a government funded project that will be delivered over the next three years.
The role reports directly to the Director of L&D and would suit an experienced Account Manager who deals with high-value clients.
The opportunity:
- To act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value government department clients.
- Good stakeholder management should include monthly meetings and understanding of the needs, objectives, and challenges of each local authority.
- Keeping abreast of developments and trends to support your understanding of the client’s needs.
- Delivering in line with the SLA
- Develop a feedback process
- Produce and analyse data relating to the contract, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Provide proactive advice, insights, and support to enhance the client experience and deliver strategic value.
- Prepare high-quality reports and briefing documents for presentation to the Board.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and organisational policies and standards.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Experience as a Client Account Manager who has death with high value accounts
- Knowledge of public – private partnerships would be desirable.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex client environment and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proficient and experienced in collating data for reporting.
- Strong MS Office experience.
