The opportunity:

 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their expectations and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Actively contribute to regional growth by promoting offerings and expanding the client base.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest solutions and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and client proposals.
  • Utilise company tools including M365, HubSpot, and Connectwise Manage for accurate data management and reporting.
  • Ensure regular communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to client retention, revenue growth, and acquisition.
  • Uphold values of integrity, trust, and effective communication.

 

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

 

  • Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within the technology sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving growth and retention targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Connectwise Manage.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth, staying informed on industry developments.
