Blair West are supporting a Global Organisation with recruitment of a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst in a newly created role. Joining an existing team of 4, this will add resource to the Commercial Finance team focusing on analysis and reporting of business performance and profitability for a specific region, with exposure to senior stakeholders to assist in strategic decision making.

The opportunity:

• Prepare high-quality financial presentations, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide proactive financial support to business leaders, ensuring budget assurance and performance improvement.
• Play a key role in pricing initiatives and commercial reviews of client pricing arrangements.
• Work closely and business partner with multiple internal teams to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Lead the production of routine financial deliverables, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in data generation.
• Support strategic financial leadership by offering insights that enhance profitability and competitiveness.
• Mentor, supervise, and coordinate the workload of Commercial Finance Analysts within the wider team.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• A relevant degree and/or are working towards an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in financial analysis, with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights.
• A confident and proactive approach, with a can-do attitude and ambition to drive business performance.
• Experience in a client-facing finance role (desirable).
• Proficiency in financial tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL (desirable).
