Blair West are supporting True Potential, a leading innovator in financial services technology, to find an FP&A Analyst. This role sits within the FP&A department and will report to FP&A Manager  as part of a high-performing FP&A team. The position is focused on providing timely, value-adding management information to drive decision-making in a fast-growing, dynamic business.

The opportunity:

• Deliver actionable insights and present effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with key business stakeholders to influence and drive performance.
• Prepare and contribute high-quality visualisations and commentary for monthly and quarterly results packs.
• Analyse broader industry performance to identify relevant market trends.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the FP&A team.
• Develop effective financial models through detailed benchmarking and process analysis.
• Collate, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple internal systems to inform key decisions.
• Compare anticipated versus actual results, providing insightful commentary on variances.
• Collaborate with other Finance teams to identify and implement process and system improvements.
• Support a robust control environment and contribute to project work and ad-hoc duties as required.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you’re someone who has:

• A qualification in ACA/CIMA.
• Proven experience in a finance role, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• A track record of working effectively under strict and evolving deadlines.
• Financial modelling expertise, preferably with Excel or Workday.
• Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.
