Blair West is supporting a leading manufacturing business looking to hire a new Product Marketing Manager responsible for the product roadmap and lead on new product development.

The opportunity:

• Overall responsibility for the marketing function keeping the product and the customer at the core of strategy and activity.
• Managing the new product development roadmap.
• Taking a lead in NPIP and ensuring commercial and engineering objectives are met at each gate.
• Responsible for introducing new products to market and ensuring the ROI objectives are met.
• Monitoring and improving a dynamic lead generation platform.
• Organising events and product exhibitions that offer a valuable return on sales.
• Ensuring strict adherence to brand marketing guidelines to create a cohesive feel to all marketing activity.
• Liaising with the external agencies to ensure their activity is aligned with our plans and strategies.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you’re:

• Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a CIM qualification.
• Proficient with the Adobe CC suite.
• Experienced in the door industry or related industries would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Experienced as a marketing manager with a proven track record in Product management in an engineering, manufacturing environment.
• Able to clearly relate experience of leading a product through a NPIP successfully and to budget.
• Able to have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing methods with a can-do, hands-on approach to events, exhibitions, visiting customers and being in the market.
