Blair West are delighted to be supporting a growing North East business in their search for a HR Manager.

This is a part time role ideally to work over four days per week.

The opportunity:

• Working with the SLT to develop a HR strategy in line with the business 5 year plan.
• Recruiting for a variety of roles across the group, creating talent pools, utilising talent platforms and creating an effective recruitment strategy.
• Looking after the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
• Harmonising of all policies and process across the business.
• Lead on all ER issues.

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you’re:

• A strong and experienced HR Manager.
• Comfortable in a stand-alone role.
• Keen to make an impact within the business.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
